Have you ever tried DB Plie Squats??

What about varied foot postitioning on leg press.. i know a great one for the glutes.. lol i did 2x 20 (wide and toes pointed out) and then after you finish those do 2x20 feet togehter postioing.. no joke my glutes were sooooo sore the next day and from all the other leg exercises
Try doing plyometric stuff.. maybe superset your workouts w/ them.
Get the bulky thing out

I train legs 2x a week and sometimes 4 beacuse i divide them up into quads and hams. ex: quads/chest.. or something like that.. divide them up. I have found that my legs progressed very nicely along w/ cardio
