Red face Advice needed. .

My goal is to tone my upper body, and build my lower. I want to have nice toned arm muscles, toned back, and cut abs... and I want to build my thighs, calves, and glutes. Does anyone know a good workout routine that can help me acheive this? I do squats, leg presses, weighted chin ups and free weight training (just to give you an example) But I want to see results within 3 months. I take a whey protein supplement pre- workout and a creatine plus supplement (mixed with glutamine) post- workout. I'm drinking TONS of water, trying to eat six small and clean meals a day. Any helpful tips will be appreciated.

You can't lean out half your body and build the other half. One requires a caloric deficit the other above maintenance for muscle growth.

Which would you rather do?

IMHO if you want to build , start lifting heavyier weight. I would concentrate on one body part a day or Chest / Back , Legs , Shoulders/Arms. Me i do one a day for a few weeks than the above. When I lift heavy my first set is a warm up say squats of 150lbs of 15 reps, then i increase weight. Last set is 235 lbs 1 to 2 sets. I 'll super set these with heavy leg press. This is just to build for me. But you get the idea.

Now if you want to tone and maintain upper half dont increase the weight but i would still choose one body part a day.

Abs can be done every workout, I will crunch in between each set.
Good luck.
