they used to be commercial metalcore, which is a fan base largely occupied by said ***gots. Now they are psuedo hard rock with horrible vocals. Either way you deserve to be shot if you like them.

A7X has the most boring song structures in the entire world. Metal or not, their songs are so uncreative and lame that anybody who can suffer thru an entire concert of that BS deserves a gold medal.
