4 weeks out!
Hey guys... im 4 weeks out now from my second competition, i weighed in a bit over 190 in these photos taken here and im hoping to come in under 175... im gonna have to go hard i know. Let me know what you think and if there is anything you think i should hit extra hard here before the comp. My flash isnt workin on my camera also so sorry for the not so great quality

Looking great mate, I can't really see much wrong at all. You didn't post a side triceps shot, they looked a little underdeveloped in comparison to your biceps in the front double bi, maybe hit them extra hard?

Thanks for the comments... ya same two weak points as last year but i think i improved them a bit, but they will prolly always be a little weak cause genetics ill keep pounding them though. heres a pic of from last year round the same time

you're over 190 in those pics yet you hope to come in at under 175 in your competition? Personally I have no experience in competing and I realise people often come in lighter then expected, but I honestly don't see how you could strip off another 20 pounds without losing a lot of muscle mass... even with water weight I don't think you have another 20 pounds to lose...

I am going to do both open and juniors this year so if i dont quite make it to my open weight class it wont be too bad i suppose... i think the light might be a bit decieving here also, i got myself tested and still had 7.5 percent bodyfat so my lean weight was around 175 and i assume i will lose a bit of muscle along the way. My diet gets pretty extreme now also... the only starchy carbs i have is a bowl of oatmeal in the morning the rest will be vegetables and chicken.
