    Skim milk is fine for bulking, beware it has many sugars though.

    Can easily assist you in getting fat. The body is the most anabolic state which is when you are leaner bro. Take this from my expercience and my mistakes.

    any milk is fine if it fits your macros. only more calories will assist you in getting fat
