hey guys, so i got sick for about 3 weeks and couldnt do jack **** except lay in bed and drink water.
that was about 2 weeks ago, ive slowly worked my way back up, and now it seems as if my abs just wont gain anything. they dont get sore at all, i may feel some burn but thats as far as it gets, my abs arent even that "amazing", so im just wondering if anyone has input on this
im on a diet, i eat about 5 times a day, i can do just about any ab routine out there.. ive tried ab ripper x from p90x and p90x+, lol ive tried 8 minute abs, ive tried hanging leg raises, nothing seems to really get them sorelike they used to... kinda kills it for me. cause when they're sore i know they've had a good workout. i wanna feel the burn but its not as fireish as it used to be
