Weight to body area ratio

not sure if thats how you say it but here goes.

I was wondering what amount of weight comes from your quads and calves?

I am a light weight at 145lb 5"5 and hoping to reach around 160 by the end of summer. I might be working full time and will most likely be able to go to the gym everyday to workout but not sure about lower legs.

If i train my quads/calves a heavy amount can i expect a large weight gain over the summer then just mainly training upper body. In now way have I ignored my lower body but just wondering is there a slight difference in how much weight i can gain if lower body is train harder?

Reps ofc

well the muscles in your legs and butt are the biggest in the body so yeah they will add some good weight to you.
