the only thing i'm worried about is with eating ground beef/steaks is the fat content is fairly high and i'd end up expending that 67g before i even get to like my 3rd meal.

I suppose.. Id never stop eating it, beef is a staple, and I eat it all the time.
I dont think higher fat will affect you, so long as you watch your calories, and not let the fat get overly excessive.
And if you notice fat gain, you could always do alittle cardio. *shrug*

Why 300g of protein? That's a ****load. You're going to spend a lot of time in the crapper, lol.
And 3k cals? I"m bulking on 3.4k and I'm around 60 lbs. less than you (endomorph).

Yea it is just starting out my bulk. I want to keep it low because 275 is 70 pounds away and i wanna keep the fat gain absolutely minimal. I will add more if i need to.
kneedamage i think your right, viperg keeps saying not to worry about ratios, but just the calories however i'd prefer the carbs instead of fats so I want to keep the fats down in order to get the carbs in.
and 300g of protein, hmm, maybe because im 205 right now? so thats like 1.5g/pound of bodyweight? spread across 7-8 meals is 38-42g protein per meal, definately not enough to be wasted.

3000 cals? Doesnt sound enough for someone who's 210lbs and wants to bulk.
Closer to 4000 cals clean would be more appropriate, using the 'standard' 15 cals per pound plus 500 excess, you get 3650 cals.
Start with 3000 and see how your gains are, increase if necessary.

yea i have lots of orange roughy, just the calories are really low in respect to the protein content, so if i eat like 4 filets to get 320calories or so I'd also be eating like 64g protein.
Would you suggest Muscle Juice?

I'd suggest reading some of the 70's pros diets --- TONS of red meat. It's really important imo. I see the leanest and cleanest gains when my protein source is 85%+ red meat. I have perfect blood work as well.
If I were you I'd get all myfat in beef if I was really watching my fat intake.
and no muscle juice.

thats why i want to keep it as lean as possible.
and RR i sea what you're saying. would you say it'd be inefficient to eat copious amounts of protein and allow my body to convert it to glucose instead of eating carbs?

I dont feel the same without eating a lot of carbs ATLEAST pre-workout..
I like carbs, I get energy throughout the day, feel kinda blah without them.
