Best supplement for plateau
What is the best supplement for when you plateau. Let me give a little history I started weightlifting at 14 at 120lbs plateau around 150 then I started taking creatine and whey and now I'm plateauing around 190ish. I take creatine regularly and whey several times a day, Ive taken N-Large 2 weight gainer and I've taken cytogainer and they both make me sick. (I split the servings throughout the day I don't take it all at once.) Cytogainer is 99% lactose free and I make it with lactaid and let it sit for 20min to let all the air escape and I still get sick. What do you guys recommend.

im also 21, to go a natural route, give Animal M-Stack a try. Above poster was right, you need food, but M-stack increased my appetite to break my plateau. Today is my last day and I am gunna get another can once I got some money.

WHERE'S THE BEEF? In your first post was just a listing of shakes. Eat more whole food. Take a digestive enzyme product and a probiotic to help with digestion. Take some extra virgin olive oil with some of your whey shakes. Start out with a little bit, and work your way up ton 2 or 3 Tablespoons a shake. If you don't start out small, you will have to strap yourself to the toilet. Good Luck!
