    What's a good low coordination required whole body exercise?

    Squat into a press as one example.

    hehe..thats the one I was going to say.

    walking db lunges with curls thrown in is interesting

    u could look into all sorts of "complex" exercises where u group 2 or 3 exercises together.

    deadlift, hang clean, oh press or push press. (hang cleans r pretty easy to learn)

    or things along the lines of "renegade rows" where u do pushups off of 2 dbells then u row 1 db while supporting with the other arm extended etc


    burpess/pushups

    situps/roll over to pushups

    step ups to bench to angled pushups off of bench
