I need to order more casein, good timing! one thing I don't enjoy is the "pudding like" consistency that most caseins deliver. I know, "just add more liquid," but there comes a point that this becomes rediculous... I don't want a 32oz drink  I imagine that this is just an inherent, unavoidable trait of casein.
so, does your Micellar Matrix, when mixed as suggested, have a very thick consistency or is it more "whey like" in this regard?

the OhYeah bars are really great, they are 2.99 flat at GNC and I just buy them if I go on the train or somewhere instead of fast food. my fav is vanilla caramel (white box).

i had to banana flavor micellar matrix which tasted pretty good and yes it is thick but not as thick as a pure casein and i would usually use around 12oz or water with 1 scoop and the consistency was perfect

I don't understand the whole slow protein thing...the point in every protein consumption is to get into your bloodstream straight in to your muscles as fast as possible
