Grabbing a drink afterwards sounds like a great idea...would you be down for that too Mike??? You did miss out on your 21st afterall! And I know what ya mean Bri...sleep is rough nowaday's. I am stressing on how to do my carb up...again... I think I just have to stick to oatmeal and a few sweet potatoes and see where that leads me...any advise guys?

Yes, it is getting so hard to sleep lately. It doesn't help that I try to go to bed even earlier the last week to take my mind off of food.

Youll have the excuse the poor lighting in my apt... especially on the front double. This is on the 4th day of depletion, no pump, no color... The changes that should take place in the next 72 hours will look like night and day lol.

Mid section looks tighter...to be sure you should take some of that pam on the counter...spray yourself down and reshoot the pics. lol. Looking good Brian....looking forward to seeing the end results!
