Hey guys, getting my routine and nutrition in order.
My eating dissorder is now in the past.
Im now up 12KG/26LBS in 32weeks, my lifts are all up and im half way to my goal of 85KG/185LBS. Then ill start to focus on dropping my bodyfat percentage. Can anyone please have a rough guess at my current BF%?
