i re heat chinese food all the time, why is it bad?, i think most of the time its no longer than 2 days though, its impossible for me to not touch readily available chinese food for a long period of time
I don't see the problem with that...what is it, like beef and brocoli? Or chicken?
I usually have sweet and sour chicken and sometimes it will be in there for like 3 days and I'll still eat it. As long as it's been refrigerated I think putting it in the microwave for a minute or 2 will get rid of anything bad for your health.
