    2 Months, gaining muscle @ 160

    Can only find these for now, ive noticed my back and arms gaining mass. Had a really hard time gaining at first, but i upped my protein intake and just lifted 3-4 times a week. Was out 1.5 weeks due to spring break. I feel really strong and i am starting to get comments.

    good work, once again, forget the 2 month progress pics if you are new into this, give it at least 6 months to see a major difference, otherwise you barely see some although you made lots, keeping you not motivated at some cases even wanting to make some people quit, for now, do it every 6 months, trust me.

    155lbs, with literally no strength. cut down after that pic and was 150lbs then started bulking.
