What is Juice Plus and why is somebody trying to sell it to me?
Can somebody answer the above question? Something about getting your fruits and vegatables in pill form and all the great health benefits it causes. This is twice in one month somebody pushing some wacky marketing scheme on me to try and buy their product. First Stemullite and now Juice Plus. Everything I read on-line is very contradictory and was wondering if any real dieticians on this site would ever recomend this to their clients???

If you don't eat fruits or veg... I think that's the target market

Though not a dietician, Dave Palumbo recommends this type of product for people who are doing his type of diet. It is helpful for people like myself who rarely eats fruit and only has a serving or two of veggies per day. I used a similar product called Greens+ in the past

It might not be that bad depending on the cost. As was stated above it can be great for people who tend to not eat enough fruit. Supplements like that can give you all the vitamins and minerals and none of the sugars, which can be helpful on a strict cutting diet.

So you can safely use these products without any effect on keto?

I'm sold on Juice Plus. It's not gonna turn you into some super hero or some crap like that but you WILL notice the difference if your diet is struggling, no doubt. We're suposed to get 8-13 servings of fruits and vegetables a day....yeah right! That equates to POUNDS of food everyday, that we don't want to eat! It's good stuff.
