Yargh Dead Lifts!!!
Tonight's Legs/Core night and my shins are still covered in big scabby scrapes from last week's dead lift. Stupid overly aggressive gripping teeth. I need to get some decent sweats or something since my gym doesn't allow chalk.
On the other hand, I love when people stare in horror at my twin shins dripping single bloody tears after a good leg/core workout. Seems like I'm one of maybe three or four guys that does deep squats or any form of dead lift.
How bout you guys/gals? What's on the menu for tonight's gym session?
