delt pinning
first off, never have pinned delts until monday. btw 100% painless. so its been 2 days after my injection. i can feel a little bump around the area. normal?

Yeah bro,
it always knots up just a little on me, it always goes away and there is never a sign of infection just a small bump

it was so weird for me when I pinned my delt.
The needle skimmed a nerve and the entire muscle spazemed and I could see it move and ****. It was so weird and felt so odd.
lol
I actually like pinning in my quads-I don't get that sore from doing it, and plenty of rotation sites.
I was doing glutes and quads-alternating between different sides etc.

If you're able to, pin a little deeper. Sometimes people have a tendency to slowly lift the needle out as they inject so just make sure the oil's getting in there nice and deep. If there's still a little knotted lump, ah well. It's not going to kill you. Continue practicing sterile, safe injections and you're good to go. Hopefully it doesn't raises suspicions or anything.
I love pinning delts!

I had an oil lump first time injecting in the delt.

NO I never got full amount back from 'him', still owed for FAKE t3 and wu fee... More than a year on I can't be bothered to carry on chasing it up.. Unfortunatly word is he is on another bb community forum still selling

Virgin muscle.
Inject after a shower & heat up the oil in the syringe before you inject.
For now warm/wet heat on the deltoid (i.e. heating pad & washcloth)

this is why i told you not to start gear. dur. you don't even know when you have a muscle knot. ITs perfectly fine. you just injected an outside substance that doesn't absorb immediately it will either cause a bump that way.
Or its your muscle reacting to the outside substance. Its totally normal. Now either learn your ****, or get off gear. You've been around long enough you should of already learned this within the first month of researching AAS
