What can i do with EC and casein/protein mix

so i have one bag of matrix protein (76 servings)

and a bottle of E (hc- 8mg) and another bottle of C (200 mg)

help me out guys my goal is to burn 2 inches of belly

Kind of what I take, minus fish oil and multi-v's.

Usually I'd wake up take EC, maybe 5 hours again take EC again, protein shake pre workout, protein post workout, casein before I sleep.

Unless that bottle has 1000 pills, it's going to go fast. You need 3x8 of those a serving up to 3 times a day. I went through 6 bottles of 50 of those in about 5 weeks if I remember right. Start slow with the EC and work up to 3 a day over the course of a week or 2.

Also, assuming that protein is 25g a serving, you will probably be taking ~4 servings per day so that is going to go fast also.

yeah its a bottle of 50 8mg pills.

what kind of diet should i do involving the two when u say 4 servings a day?
