    How to lose inches off of chest?

    i have man boobs... i workout chest and do cardio but is there any other tricks?

    It's body fat. You need to lose more fat if you have a flabby man boob style chest. There's no region you can work out to make it lose fat. It's an overall body thing. Just keep working out and the fat will disappear everywhere.

    Make sure your diet is in check and you should loose some of it in no time. Thats the second area I could notice the fat coming off when I started cutting (first being arms).

    I am a firm believer that spot reduction is a myth, or else everyone who does a million crunches would actually have abs.

    So, in the same fashion that 99% of the people on here is trying to lose weight to reduce fat around their mid section, you'll just have to lose the old fashion way.

    you should supplement with some anti-estrogens like 6-oxo or 11-oxo since your hormones hasn't settled yet...gyno (man boobs) is caused by unbalanced estrogen levels (too much). if that don't work just do cardio to burn off overall BF% and hit the upper pecs more then anything......last option if its still bad is to get gyno excision by surgery its like $3000 ~ $6500

    I know doing pushups as well as bench pressing will help not only strengthen your chest but your whole core.......as far as a anti E goes I have heard the best about Novedex, 6-oxo has had a rebound effect in some people. Just keep busting your butt and the fat will come off, your body chooses where you lose it.
