    Exclamation Beginner. Advice please...

    Hey everyone,

I'm new to body building and I am looking to purchase a bench with some weights. My goal is to gain some mass on my skinny body. I want a bench that allows different exercises for various muscles (legs included). I am not interested in becoming a serious body builder, but I intend on being consistent and dedicated.

I need to know which bench is right for me. Should I buy online, or go to a fitness store? I am not looking for anything too expensive, but I want a quality bench that will last many years and help me to bulk.

Any tips or advice is appreciated.

    Thanks

Do a search for beginner equipment or newbie equipment in this sub forum. They'll all say the same thing.......get a power rack, olympic weights and barbell and you're good to go.
