    good PWO shake?

    I got pure whey protein in a bag (no flavour, just the white **** that's like flour) creatine monohydrate, dextrose, powdered oats and gatorade powder. should i put all this in my next pwo shake??

    the question is do you have some adequate pre-workout nutrition, if so the need for high GI carbs are not necessary, but at least ur getting some carbs PWO,

    id opt for oats and some skim milk PWO

    oh ya bud, im gunna be putting alot of ground up oats in there as well, i eat alot of carbs on my bulks

    Sure, if it fits into the macros you want for a shake. I would go dextrose or gatorade with the oats. Not a fan of two "empty" carbs at once. I usually just go banana, oats, milk for my carbs.
