i have..

gold standard 100% whey protein
n.o.-xplode
nitrix
axis-ht

about 185 pounds been lifting for years now... i just got this stuff for the heck of it. just that on the nitrix it says 3 pills a day, 3 times a day.. was wondering if this is neccessary, so out of all of this i was wondering how much of each i should take or if i should take some of them after im done using other supplements or should i take them all at on the same stack...

other then 100% whey your looking at a bad stack. There are much better options.

First i would get no shotgun
Forget nitrix and get a creatine such as green mag
and insstead of axis hit get activate extreme or hyperdrol
And kkep the protein.

I agree jaredmus about Nitrix and Axis HT. N.O.-Xplode is hit or miss w/ most ppl. Works great for me, but i prefer SuperPump250. BSN makes some good products and some bad ones.

I would recommend that you get White Flood and/or White Blood, Green MAGnatude or Green Bulge from Controlled Labs. Seems to getting a lot of good reports.

O and your 19...stay away from test boosters
