so i just got back from the gym...and before that i was at the doctor. i'd been having wrist pain for about a month, mainly wheni was doing bench. he says he believes i have torn a ligament in my wrist, so he sent me to get an x ray to make sure its not bone related and im getting an mri sometime in the near future. he said that i may have torn it years ago and its just now manifesting itself, so lifting is not really going to do any more damage since its already torn. he said surgery, while it would repair the ligament, can sometimes cause more pain than just letting it be because of the amount of scar tissue that can build up. so pretty much my options are surgery or let it be...
