only thing I would recomend you try is a carb cycle every 3 weeks or so.

Sound advice ^^^
Try dropping the calories a little each week (2-300kcal) and watch the scale and your measurements, keep your protein intake up and only drop your carbs enough that it won't affect your training intensity (if it starts to drop, decrease the fat and increase the carbs instead).
Hope this helps! You seem to be training a huge amount already I think a small tweak here and there should trigger some more fat loss.

Every three weeks go 20 grams of carbs or less for about 4 days.
Some people will juggle that number around a bit to their own liking but that is my 2 cents!

at first glance that diet is fine. it'd be better to know the amount of calories and ratios, but if the scale/mirror is changing in the right direction at the right pace i wouldn't worry about 'cycling' anything at all

I think it looks solid. I might cut out that 1/2 sweet potato at 11:15 because you've already refed your muscles from your workout and you really don't need more starchy carbs. Maybe add a healthy fat here instead.

I think it looks pretty fat-less. One tbsp of olive oil and some almond butter is real low even for a person half your size. I would double or triple your fat intake. Btw, flax is very tough to digest.

ya, i think it comes to approx. 1800 cals, 200 g prot., 100 carbs, 40-50 g. fat
all approximations because it's never the exact same

you are skinny enough right now where carb cycling is gonna be almost a MUST if you want to get that last few layers of fat off your bottom midsection.
So to say cycling is not needed in my opinon is nonsense.
Opinons will vary but you are small as it is and to get rid of the very last bit of fat around your midsection is not an easy task and carb cycling will def assisit you in that goal.
but again...opinions vary

I agree with the poster above, having a look at your profile and pics you look lean. You stated you want to get ripped and appears you have your weighlifting and cardio routine down. I would not lower calories all too much. though carb cycling may not be the ticket, atleast not in my opinion.
At a glance your protein intake is way too high for your bodyweight. I would look for a little better balance to start and adjust total calories as you see fit moving forward.

You've probably already adjusted your diet and too late in responding... Though will still say, if you are meeting your required daily EFA's and want to keep the same calories I would increase the carbs, or a combination of both carbs and fats.
