I need advice/help with my diet, please :)
Im trying to eat clean, but I don?t think I am getting enough food and I am having a hard time balancing meals.
I do enter everything in a food journal and on fitday.
My average calories for the past week have been 1400-1700 (so inconsistent seeming)
I try to balance it 40/40/20 and most days look pretty close.
Example:
5:15am: N.O Xplode
GYM-details below
6:30: Cell Mass
7:00am: Protein Shake- 1.5 sc whey, .5 banana, water
10am: yogurt
banana
frozen berries,
1.5 sc whey
.5 c Kashi Go-lean Crunch
6 almonds
OR oats
pure unsweetened apple sauce,
.5 sc whey
12:30: Salad- spinach
4oz chicken or salmon
6 walnuts
1 tbsp dressing (60cal)
OR Wrap or Sammy on 1 slice sprouted grain Bread or Ezikel Wrap
3pm: 2% Cottage Cheese
flax
1 med gala apple
OR Apple with 1tbsp PB
OR 1c Edamame Beans
5:30pm: Mix and Match
Salmon/halibut/chicken/steak
Yams & Squash/wild rice
Broccoli/green beans/asparagus
Supplements: Omega 3-6-9 @ 10am and 5:30pm
Mulit Vitamin @ 10am
5:30am-6:30am: 1h @ gym. (Mon-Back, Tues-Bis & Tris, Wed-Chest, Thurs-Shoulders, Fri-Legs, I do abs for about 20 mins 3x a week)
7pm-Started adding cardio in the evening 5 days a week. Different everyday, some days HIIT, some days 45m SS, Always varying Machines, have only started back at cardio a week ago.
