How can i maintain my fitness?
i'm 17, 154lb, 5'11 trying to build muscle as well as lose unwanted fat. Atm im doing public service at college and the fitness lessons are great, i do loads of diffrent things and i can really see an improvment im my whole well being. But will 5 months coming up before my next course even then i might not do fitness again, i wonderd is there any key points that will help me maintain the fitness level i have gotten from my lessons.
What things can i do at home wiv lil room and facilities for the type of fitness ive doing atm at college.
