Mass Machines! I've been selected to appear in the BodyBuilding.com Transformations for Men over 40 and will appear sometime in late July for a week. If I get picked as one of the top 4 in each of the categories I could get a 1/2 page feature in Iron Man Magazine. I'm pretty excited about this and was just informed today. There will be a video embedded with my article which can be viewed right now. Maybe if all MASS MACHINES went over to view and comment on my video I'd get placed on the schedule sooner. * The key phrases that you are constantly saying in your everyday life are "Certainty and Confidence"

* When you keep telling your buddies at the gym that "ANY training routine with the right MINDSET is going to lead to results!"

* You look at a person's traps and forearms to make your own evaluation when they tell you they "Train Heavy"

* When you look at the person who is so hellbent on gaining 10 more pounds of muscle to get HUUUUUUUGGGGGGGEEEEE--and you are thinking that, if he just lost 10 pounds of FAT, he'd look awesome because he already has enough muscle to be happier with himself.

Reminds me... yesterday at work my buddy asked me what I thought about a brand of "testosterone booster" that he was taking... I ended up giving him a 10 minute speech about how first needs to be executing the fundamentals of knowing his caloric intake and macronutrient ratios, and making it to the gym on a regular basis.
