the same thing everyone else SHOULD eat...
If I eat oats and peanut butter my vertical will get better...
chicken and milk will make me faster...
just eat healthy food...and eat a lot of it! there are no sport specific foods...just different amounts depending on whether you want to be big/strong, or small/fast...or in the middle!--I'm afraid of what I don't believe in--
