    Question is my gym workout routine rite?

    mon- biceps,triceps
    tue-chest,back
    wednesday-legs,shoulders
    thursday-bicep triceps
    friday-chest,back
    saturday-legs,shoulders
    sunday-rest
    many people wont like it but its working for me.. i wud appreciate any changes in it...my main goal is to gain lotsa mass

    firstly id include another rest day

    instead of bi's/tri's twice a week, id do them both one day then do bi's on back day and tri's on chest day. (pulling and pushing muscles)

    wouldnt do chest and back on the same day (opposing muscle groups)

    more mass? do JUST your legs in a session, make sure to include deadlifts and squats aplenty

    thats my take on it anyways lol
