Are you cutting?? You'll definitely experience a decrease in energy if you're cutting. It could also be a lot of other factors. I have felt REALLY wiped out the past couple weeks but I know I've been really stressed and busy so that has a lot to do with it.

LIGHT? Yeah i am a very petite girl, always have been and i guess always will be. I have always ate very healthy, but since starting this workout i eat a ton of Oatmeal, lean steaks, fish, chicken, eggs, whole wheat pasta, fruit, veggies, water etc...your typical clean bodybuilding diet. In the morning b4 the gym i make a heaping bowl of Quaker Old Fashioned oatmeal and i add a banana or strawberries to it. I eat every 3 hours. If i don't i get the shakes.

Cutting = trying to shed fat.
Bulking = trying to add muscle.

If your energy is that low and you're feeling like death...it's normally due to your fat intake and carbs being too low.

I know I feel like crap if I overtrain or eat too little carbs. If I think I'm overtrained, I take a day or two off. that usually fixes the problem.

Felt like that too until I...
Took BCAA cupsules first thing in the AM, and also added 4 g. of glutamine to my post-workout protein shakes...
also sounds like you may need some simple carbs for recovery in that post-workout shake, try whippin in berries or banana~you need to "recover", for sho~
