Been using it post work out because of the benefits it has. Fills you back up with protein and carbs and it tastes great.
Just wondering would the white rice in it stunt my cut?
I usually have 2 rolls, 12 pieces total.
6 are salmon/rice/seaweed
6 are tuna/rice/avacado/seaweed
Is the white rice a killer factor or is it still pretty clean to eat on a cut post workout.
