What is....?? And should i....???
Ok, so went to the supermarket other day and was looking at the fitness products, i seen tablets called something like 'amino of egg' or something like that (deffo amino and egg in title), what is this exactly and how would it help me!?! Also if you would be able to check my profile and see my goals, what supplements should i be taking at this time?? Fat burners...protein...creatine etc... you guys take a lot of supplements, a lot i never even heard of so if ya could help me would be great, the only one i know about is protein and creatine, o and the 'purple wraath' product sounds amazing!!!
