Well this is it!! its summer time so i'm going to get JACKED!!! and RIPPED!!!! and CUT!!! and CHISELED!!! and HYOOOOGE!!!!!! ok, ok, i'm a little wired, but thats because I just injected some Crystal Meth into my ballsack to increase testosterone production...ok, ok, feeling good, ok, so heres my stack, ok.
8am- wake up to my cd alarm clock (playing Rock you like a Hurricane)
Morning shake-2 cups of water, 14 scoops of protein, 3/4 bottle of Jack Daniels and 3lbs of Methyl-6-alpha Creatine for Maximum Absorption.
8:13- Eat an entire box of Kellogs Oats 'N Nails
9am-Punch Holes in walls cause im so AMPED!!!!! Mix a shake of Syntha-6 and Bull Testicles, cause I like my testosterone pure and from the source.
10am-Eat the same bull raw to ensure no protein breakdown. Add in 2 litres of VPX Water Ethyl Ester...since they esterfy everything it MUST be better!!! Regular water aint ****!!! 2 slices of whole wheat bread for carbs, gotta keep balance...
11:30am- go to tractor pull
12:30- 1 capsule of Hydroxycut Hardcore...it says 2 but im not freaking Jay Cutler here....yet...
1pm- 8 scoops of NO-Xplode mixed with Black Tar Heroin snorted through a 1 dollar bill, this gets it into my blood faster and makes my NO Levels go off the chart!! I get massive forearm pumps just from wiping my ass!! Check for blood in stool, only a bit? good, it means im ready to train!
1:15pm- Put 3lbs of gel in my hair and then its time for Chest and Bi's! its going to go better then yesterdays chest and bi's and will set me up good for tomorrows chest and bi's workout!! Look at all these week little pukes, they cant get jacked!! Between each set I sip my SizeOn, Purple Wraath and Clenbuterol mixed with Holy Water...ethyl ester....cause even Jesus knows the benefits of esterfication.
7pm: Finish workout, man that was good, Mix a PWO shake of Cytogainer, Animal Pak, Rocks, Tobacco, Strawberries, Urine, and a 3inch thick piece of wood for roughage. 2 minutes after that is pounded back I mix 7 scoops of Anabolic Halo, BCAA+Creatine, stray cats, beer and an Oscillating Fan to really drive nutrients into my muscles!!
8pm- Throw up and reconsider the direction my life is going...
8:16- Read Muscle Development and get inspired again!!! Ronnie Looks JACKED!!!!! Once done running my fingers over his slender picture some more I inject 600mg of Dianabol into each Bicep, then make a sandwich of nutello, natty peanut butter, ephedra and M1T....also some milk thistle, cause my body is a temple.
10:40pm: emergency room, doctors try to tell me im an idiot but what do they know? I know my body, and I know supplements will get me JACKED!!!!!
11:30pm: Log into chat rooms for some cyber sex....im not big enough yet to try and have real sex, or talk to real girls...or move out of my parents 2 bedroom duplex but one day...and if Aplodan does its job i'll be packing on Slabs of freaky muscle FAST!!!!!!!!!
12am: Practice posing routines and shadow the mirror while constantly screaming taunts at myself, pushing myself to the limit, knowing one day i'll be able to woop all your asses!!! TOP SCORE!!!!!!!
3am: Mix a shake of Ultra Peptide with engine coolant! if its able to keep my 1977 Volkswagen Rabbit in peak condition think what it will do for my highly tuned, performance engineered body!!! It stings the tongue a bit and causes temporary blindness and hemorrhaging but nothing in life is easy! its all about sacrificing for the body you need!
4am: bed...sleep is a must, im not an idiot...
