Since they are pasteurized I sometimes drink them if I'm in a hurry but mostly scramble them. I throw them in with some pasta or rice when scrambled. I should mention that raw egg whites have lower bioavailability then cooked egg whites so drinking them isn't ideal, just convenient. They taste great with some salsa mixed in too.

I got tested 2 weeks ago, been eating at least 2 a day, whole, never throw away the yolks.
165, but I've got a higher HDL, than LDL, like 80/60 which sounds pretty good to me since it seems like an ideal level is 60/100 or better of a ratio. Don't know the triglyceride levels.
Fats are about 1/3 of my daily calories.

Hard-boiled eggs should be kept in the refrigerator and eaten within 5 days.
If you leave hard boiled eggs in the fridge any longer than this, the salmonella risk starts to rise very quickly.
The reason hard boiled eggs don't last as long as raw eggs is that in cooking the eggs, a natural protective chemical layer (produced by the mother hen) is washed off the porous eggshell, allowing germs to enter.
So eat boiled eggs fairly soon after boiling them and you will have no problems. Do remember that well boiled eggs (6 minutes or more) have practically no risk of Salmonella while lightly boiled eggs may still have a small risk.

i got this off the net for you aswel!!
Believe it or not, there is an art to cooking eggs in the shell. Find out how to cook them perfectly to your tastes without that gray-green tinge. Remember, hard-boiled eggs is a misnomer as they should not be boiled for any length of time.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 25 minutes
Here's How:
Place eggs in single layer in saucepan.
Cover with at least one inch of cold water over tops of shells.
Cover pot with lid and bring to a boil over medium heat.
As soon as the water comes to a full boil, remove from heat and let stand.
Large soft-cooked eggs: let stand in hot water 1 to 4 minutes, depending on your tastes.
Large hard-cooked eggs: let stand in hot water 15 to 17 minutes.
When cooked to desired level, drain off hot water.
Immediately cover with cold water and add a few ice cubes.
Soft-cooked eggs: let stand in cold water until cool enough to handle. Serve.
Hard-cooked eggs: let stand in cold water until completely cooled. Use as needed.
Tips:
Never boil eggs. It makes them rubbery.
Use older eggs. Fresh ones won't peel properly.
To keep eggs from cracking while cooking (before placing in water), pierce large end with a needle, which will also make them easier to peel.
What You Need:
eggs
saucepan
