Question 4 day split plus 1 full body...too much???

If I am looking to lean out a bit more before summer and shed some fat to show some of the muscle I have worked for, would lifting intensely 4 days (each BP once), and then adding a full body weight workout be too much weight work?

Right now, my diet is clean and I am doing 4 days of cardio (~2 HIIT and 2 SS for about 30 min).

    Thanks!

If my goal was to lean out, I might do a heavier, low rep upper/lower body split for two days, then do two full body workouts with supersets, lighter weight, higher rep and little rest to keep the heart rate up.
