Doing cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening, is this alright?

Say if I did cardio at around 8 am for about 40 minutes, then at around 9-10 pm, went to do the usual work out lifting weights. Would doing cardio earlier in the day be detrimental to my lifting? Make me fatigue faster, etc?

as long as you have some whey with bcaa or something like that before the cardio you should be fine. as for feeling fataigued or something like that, i always felt energized throughout the day by doing so, but thats me

I just read on another post that whey should be taken right after the cardio? On an empty stomach in the morning should it be taken before or after or does it matter?

Take the whey before your morning cardio just to be on the safe side.

Eat a banana before you run. You'll need the carbs.
