Ouestion about rotating lifts per body part
I'm thinking myself about doing DC, and I got a question / comment about the 3 lifts rotation per body part thing. In the DC materials that I found (by googling) the way its described is that one selects lifts A,B,C for lets say chest, and then you do A for chest until you can't improve either weight or number of reps, and then next time you do chest you change the lift to B.
But in your log you seems to be rotating A,B,C every chest workout. Is there any specific reason for this, or my info is outdated?

you right I just change my workouts, because that way seem boaring to me lol, I feel if your getting stronger then your getting stronger, why just stick with one workout where you have your choice in the matter
