hey well i've been on a 2800 calorie diet a day divided in 6 equal meals, but lately iv'e been gaining alot of weight. I weighed myself sunday and i weighed 161. I weighed myself a half hour after supper today and i weighed 163. Anyone now y?

Water really helps your kidneys filter all that protein and creatine when supplementing creatine...
I was always use to pissing alot lol, ever since I was 4 years old I've always drank alot of liquids...
You'll get use to it..sometimes it is a pain in the ass...my b!tch of a teacher was mad because I was taking a piss and was like 20 secs late for class...but she's old so what can ya do lol
