Dedication to BBing, Laziness in Life?
Just curious...
I was thinking about this for a while and I talked to another bber about this...
Do you dedicate yourself to bodybuilding completely in terms of nutrition and working out, but are to lazy/or find it a pain to do the little things?
I work out tough and keep a clean diet, but when I have to walk up a set of stairs to work, I dread the thought. But I love the StairMaster at the gym. My friend is unwilling to get up and move a box from one room to the other sometimes.
Thoughts?

I know exactly what you mean. I go all out to prepare my meals the night before and package them, I dont miss a day of the gym, do cardio like 2-3 times a week. Read lots and lots of stuff to further educate myself etc....
For some reason when it comes to other things I just dont want to do them. I find it so difficult to read a book for college but I can read a 2 books on bodybuilding and nutrition.
Go figure huh...

haha...you're still better than me
i wish they made ridiculously long straws so i could just put it in my gallon of water and never have to lift it up again. i really like drinking water, but sometime i am too lazy to lift the bottle. that's actually quite sad when i think about it

Ok now that is just bad haha
Maybe you should wear one of those hats that have the straws on the side and you could just put two bottles of water on each side
Something like this

There are days when I feel like this. Sometimes after a session at the gym all I want to do is eat and recover, but I can't afford to do that going to school full time and trying to progress at my instrument.
On sunday I woke up at 8:30, went to the gym, came home, made all my meals for the day, went to a gig, played drums for 3 hours straight, drove 40 minutes to band practice, and played for another 2 and a half hours, then drove back, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
You can't let bodybuilding be your only ambition. Take sometime to think about how lucky you are to be able to lift that jug of water and feel the water go down your throat or how lucky you are to be able to go to college and get an education.

Haha...Bbing isn't my only ambition. I love life completely. I'm just talking about being lazy in some aspects of life. I have days where I don't stop and rest at all, and I am fine. There are just some moments where I am lazy.
It's all good.

Actually, since starting a proper weight lifting, cardio, and diet schedule my motivation to do important things has gone up significantly.
But I notice motivation for less important things has gone down.

I dumped a girl one time because when I go shopping I park the car at the furthest parking spot from the door and she would always bitch and she was lazy and wouldnt workout.
She got the boot!

I was like that when i was suffering from adrenal fatigue. But sometimes i'm too tired or sore from a workout that i don't want to do "normal" everyday tasks.
