    Sodium?

I find it to be inevitable to take in over the daily limit of sodium when eating as much as I am. I have found ways to cut down but there is no way for me to eat the limit amound. What affects can a high sodium intake have on me? Thanks

If you are sensitive to salt you risk developing high blood pressure. If you have an immediate family member who has high blood pressure, you may like to get yours checked.

If your blood pressure is fine, then there isn't much to worry about.
