do u think it will take for this meal to digest (how long till my stomach is ready for next real meal, ie dinner)
this was a post cardio snack: cup of F a ge yogurt, fiber one mixed in, and 1 small homemade muffin.
do u think 1.5 hours will be enough time for my body before i eat my next meal? (wich will contain about 50gs of protein)
