    Question Bulkin Then Cutting Phases...

    I understand for clean bulk you want to eat 500 calories of red meats and complex carbohydradtes

    while cutting you want 500 under maintenance with white meats and more simple carbs less complex?

    the calorie numbers are good estimates (of course everyone needs tweaking) but you should still keep your carbs complex during a cut, just lower them overall...

    you should eat meats like chicken, tuna and talapia more than red meat but when you eat red meat just trim the fat off or buy leaner cuts of meat and you want complex over simple carbs
