    Curcumin supplement

Hi, ive read of alot of good benefits to general health taking the main component of Tumeric which is Curcumin, including preventing cancer. I know its a weird one for a bodybuilding forum but does anyone take these for health benefits?

Ill give it a bash then, and me being a bit desperate found something online called the Budwig protocol thats got quite a lot of reviews on it of healing terminal cancers. But, my dads not interested in trying it and it will affect all the 'medicine' that the doctors are giving him to thin his blood etc.
