Shoulder injury

whille this happend about 3 weeks ago.. I went to the gym after i took NO i was pumped so i went rite to benching i did 5*5. I was to pumped and i end updoing 10 sets. At the end my shoulder start hurting when i finished my set. Like everytime i started benching it woudnt hurt but then when i stoped i started killin me. I ignored it and went to te gym 2 days later and did the same thing it even started hurting more. Im not tosure what happened but i stoped for 2 weeks now. It wont hurt as much but when i lift something it hurts a little. The trainer told me i didnt strech and i tear my shoulder. Anyone know what happen and how i can get better faster?

You may have bursitis. it's a small sack in the shoulder that protects the bones from rubbing together. When this gets inflammed you feel pain. if it's not a tear which I don't think it is mostly all doctors are gonna tell you what you probably dont want to hear. Stay out of the gym for two weeks or so, take anti-Inflammatory pills, heat pad it. I had this issue and i hate missing the gym, so I took one week off and went a little easy for another week.
