I've been doing a bit of research on L-arginine and L-ornithine amino acids and have discovered that together, they have the capabilities of triggering the production of "HGH - Human Growth Hormone" our body's natural growth method.
I'm looking to grow taller and am interested in taking this supplement to trigger HGH.
Possible supplements include:

and

Please reply with any past experiences or knowledgeable comments
Thanks for your time.
(This is not a repost of my other thread about "Growth-Flex", growth flex is a different supplement)

The truth blatantly speaks for itself. I would suggest reading and/or commenting in the following thread....
growth hormone: Why are we trying to enhance it, and... Is it even working?~

no sarcasim at all. but i'm talking about synthetic gh. but think about this for a moment males who take 2iu's of gh are generally don't see any real benifit until 4-6 months and aside from weight loss or the ability to bulk and stay lean you'll not see much other benifit from it except a lighter wallet

Is it safe?.... Yes, without question. Will it do anything noticable?....
Epiphyseal plate closure often occurs at ages as early as 16 yrs, so it is quite possible that the plate has been entirely ossified already.
More importantly, OTC supplements will only elicit an acute GH response. There is absolutely no OTC supplement that can enhance GH pulse frequency and/or amplitude (which is the exact reason your goal is unachievable).Last edited by NO HYPE; 05-04-2008 at 03:34 PM.

Ratio of Arginine to Ornithine
Does anyone know what the ratio of Arginine to Ornithine should be taken, I am currently taking 1000mg Arginine and 2000mg Ornithine, then I saw a combined supplement with 500mg Arginine and 250mg Ornithine which is the opposite ratio, does this mean I'm taking it wrongly?
