My breakfast is my preworkout meal. I need Ideas for something quick, hopefully prepared and ready to eat in 10 maybe 15 minutes max. I was thinking a half cup of oats with 2-3 hardboiled eggs. I don't know if this would be enough though.
I am also clean bulking.

either or . the main focus is getting enough carbs/protein/fats both pre/post workout regarding what your taking in.
Depending on how long you wait before u eat before a workout you can make it whatever you want, chicken/tuna/turkey/whey oats/Sweet Potato/Rice .. etc etc
just do whatever you got lying around and focus on hitting your calories/macro's.
