    Hello everyone, I am new to BB.
    Started lifting in the beginning of 2003. Near the end of 2004, I ended up going to boot camp. Yes, former Marine here. I was in my prime before I left.
    I was in for about a year or so, came home with a medical discharge.
    Didn't do anything fitness wise, had a job at LA Fitness.
    I guess I still looked good. Unhealthy diet and a lot of alcohol, I started gaining weight.
    So three years later, 2008, I decided to go to the gym and start again.
    Now, I'm ready for a new start.

    I started around March to help me get back into things. Now I want to take it to the next level.

    Today is my last sit around and be lazy day. Starting to strict out my diet.

    So I started DoggCrapp.

    Day 1
    1:
    Chest: flat bench
    Shoulders: Dumbell military press
    Tris: Skullcrushers
    Back width: Front lat pulldowns
    Back thickness: machine rows

    Day 2
    2:
    Biceps: Preacher curl
    Forearms: Hammer curls
    Calves: Calf raises
    Hamstrings: Hamstring machine
    Quads: Squats

    Day 3 – OFF

    Right now is Day 3. Tomorrow/Today is Day 4. I should get to bed.

    Any other workouts suggested? I don't like this so much. I'm more of a 3x10 guy. But will change to anything to leave this DC routine.

    1:
    Chest: incline bench
    Shoulders: arnold press
    Tris: tricep pushdowns
    Back width: behind head lat pulldowns
    Back thickness: deadlifts

    This was the workout for today. Didn't really get a specific weight. Just had random spotters. Kicked my gym partner out last time. He was a bitch and I lost all motivation everytime I went to the gym with him.

    Pills:
    6xMethyl 1-D
    4x I-GH-1
    3x Nitrix
    1x Multi Vitamin

    Scoops:
    1x Cellmass

    Didn't really eat right today.
    11am - 3x Eggs
    1:30pm - Chicken Breast and Rice
    4:30pm - Chicken Breast/Pork and Rice
    7:30pm - Grilled Chicken Caeser Salad and 10 Naked Wings

    Just waiting to eat in a little. I guess I can't eat for a little after taking Nitrix.
