So I started DoggCrapp.
Day 1
1:
Chest: flat bench
Shoulders: Dumbell military press
Tris: Skullcrushers
Back width: Front lat pulldowns
Back thickness: machine rows
Day 2
2:
Biceps: Preacher curl
Forearms: Hammer curls
Calves: Calf raises
Hamstrings: Hamstring machine
Quads: Squats
Day 3 – OFF
Right now is Day 3. Tomorrow/Today is Day 4. I should get to bed.
Any other workouts suggested? I don't like this so much. I'm more of a 3x10 guy. But will change to anything to leave this DC routine.
