Hello everyone, I am new to BB.
Started lifting in the beginning of 2003. Near the end of 2004, I ended up going to boot camp. Yes, former Marine here. I was in my prime before I left.
I was in for about a year or so, came home with a medical discharge.
Didn't do anything fitness wise, had a job at LA Fitness.
I guess I still looked good. Unhealthy diet and a lot of alcohol, I started gaining weight.
So three years later, 2008, I decided to go to the gym and start again.
Now, I'm ready for a new start.
I started around March to help me get back into things. Now I want to take it to the next level.
Today is my last sit around and be lazy day. Starting to strict out my diet.
