does anyone use water pills during their cut, if so what do you use? and does it work, does it remove that much water from under the skin?

They work, but it would typically only be temporary. And chronic use can actually be counterproductive and can lead to electrolyte imbalances and rebound water retention upon cessation.
So a hard-core diuretic wouldn't be the best thing to use and something more mild if anything would be a better option.

Nature's Way Dandelion Root, or Xpel. But like he said it's not something that's going to last very long.

Just so you know--the reps you give have no effect when you're as deep in the red as you are.
