well so far... ive been training hard as hell for a good 8 months, been sick twice, and been super stressed with school, ive actually cut it 10 lbs short of my 9 month goal, however i still think ive done a pretty damn good job
im gunna try and pack on another 20 lbs on my lower body alone in the next couple months.
anyways,
enlighten me
hows my progress

Damn good job, you were so skinny back then, now you're big! Have you been working out only for 8 months or a little before that?

yeah man i was pretty skinny, i never really put much mass on my legs at all, ive really just put a solid 29lbs on my upper body. i eat alot though, mainly orgainic foods cuz my mom is an orgainic health nut, which isnt a bad thing, but i think it helps me gain good clean mass better and faster. as far as work outs go though ive got it pretty set to heavy weight, low rep

Monday:
Chest, Triceps, Abs/obliques
Tuesday:
Back, Traps, Delts, Biceps, and forearms
Wednesday:
Legs
then i start all over again for Thurs-Saturday
then i take sunday off

took me a while to get in to it but id say i see the most gains when i eat properly

Inspirational stuff man! Could you explain a little more on your food intake ? You mentioned mostly organic stuff, what kinda of calories per day are you taking in ?
