yeah man i was pretty skinny, i never really put much mass on my legs at all, ive really just put a solid 29lbs on my upper body. i eat alot though, mainly orgainic foods cuz my mom is an orgainic health nut, which isnt a bad thing, but i think it helps me gain good clean mass better and faster. as far as work outs go though ive got it pretty set to heavy weight, low rep
Monday:
Chest, Triceps, Abs/obliques
Tuesday:
Back, Traps, Delts, Biceps, and forearms
Wednesday:
Legs
then i start all over again for Thurs-Saturday
then i take sunday off
took me a while to get in to it but id say i see the most gains when i eat properly
